    - Storytimes for 3-5 year olds:  Thursdays at 1:00 p.m. Drop in and enjoy stories, hand rhymes, music and maybe a seasonal craft. September-May. *Special dentist storytime with a guest reader from Lowell Dentistry! Thursday, February 18, 11-11:30 a.m., Ages 3-7.

    -Tiny Tots Storytime for infants - 3 year olds will be held on the first and third Wednesdays at 11:00-11:30 a.m. Join Miss Deb for stories, music and hand rhymes. Drop in! Sponsored by Community Teamwork, Inc. October-May. 

    -Books & Babies music program for infants and toddlers will be held on the first Saturday each month, October-April from 10-11:00 a.m. Join Miss Leigh for music and more! March schedule change: Will be held on Saturday, March 12.

    Second Saturday from October - May from 10 – 11:30 a.m. 

    Grades K - 6. Registration required.

    Guinness is a registered Reading Education Assistance Dog. Read aloud to Guinness (and his handler) for 15 minutes, one-on-one for fun and as a confidence builder.  It's great encouragement for reluctant readers! Walk-ins welcome on day of program if space is available.

    Free tax counseling and preparation for taxpayers with middle- and low incomes, with special attention to those 60 and over. You do not have to be a member of AARP or a retiree to use the service.

    Open Minds: Yoga and Literacy for Children

    New winter session! Tuesdays, February 23-March 29, 10-10:45 a.m.

    Six week class for 3-5 year olds

    Classes will incorporate yoga movement and breathing into simple literacy activities. Taught by yoga instructor and children’s book author Ellen Olson-Brown. Registration required.

Kids - Come dressed in your PJs and sing, dance and more! After it's done, you'll head home for a restful night's sleep.Older siblings must remain in Children's library during the program.
