Remembering Jack Kerouac Untitled Document

Remembering Jack Kerouac, a new documentary on Lowell native and On the Road author Jack Kerouac, will be shown at the Tyngsborough Public Library on Wednesday, May 14th, 7:30pm to 8:30pm.

The documentary originally began as an effort to chronicle the legendary On the Road manuscript scroll's visit to Lowell last summer. The film quickly evolved into an exploration of Kerouac's life.

The film pulls together footage of Lowell and Kerouac himself along with Al Hinkle ("Big Ed Dunkel") and UML Professor Dr. Hilary Holladay.

"Remembering Jack Kerouac" premiered at UMass-Lowell in March and will be playing at San Francisco's "Beat Museum" on May 24th.

Admission is free. Seating is limited.
